About Us:

Meet Yankie and Dena Goldsmith.

A husband and wife on a mission to make homes safer.

They know what a safe home looks like. As a physical therapist, Yankie understands the needs of someone aging in place. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, Dena is knowledgeable of ways to make a comfortable home safer.

Everything starts at home.

Yankie and Dena named their business Home Safe Home for a reason. Home is a sanctuary  and we should always feel secure within its walls. That’s what makes a home feel...homey. A home should NEVER be difficult to navigate.

But, life happens.

People get older and what was safe, is no longer. That’s a hard reality to face. What’s even more difficult is trying to figure out how to take the right steps and adapt to those challenges. And THAT is how Home Safe Home helps.

Yankie and Dena make home safer.

They make specialized recommendations for safer layouts and setups. Then, they take care of the remodeling that needs to get done. As specialists, they have the expertise. As individuals, they have the sensitivity and compassion to help you through this.
